Season pass not showing up

So I bought the Crew Gold Edition today, and I entered the codes into Uplay. However, the game doesn't acknowledge that I have the season pass or any of the car packs. Aren't you supposed to get 10,000 crew credits or something?

Same issue here, but I've been playing since launch... switched to windows 10 and reinstalled, season pass won't work on the new Mini or Mercedes.

And the support staff, of course, was unhelpful. I called earlier today and they told me to send in a screenshot. So, I took a screenshot of a car saying 'buy with season pass, push the [ key', and I'm still waiting for a response 6 hours later. Hope I can get this issue fixed, I didn't spend an extra 25 bucks for nothing.

I'm having the same problem but I have had the game since launch. I have the season pass and all the cars from it except the new Mini. When I try getting the Mini it tells me I need the season pass or it costs 40k crew credits.

it seems that this is a new problem theres about 3 threds on the crews suport forum about in in the last week grr have t get a game when they brake it

Thanks guys. Please be sure to submit a ticket to the team[support.ubi.com] so it can be properly investigated. Please include the timing of entering the Season pass code. This information should include when and how you purchased the Season pass. Include as much info as possible.

I registered my DLC with Uplay, it tells me that my product is activated and everything lines up until I get in game. I have sent a ticket to Ubisoft support but after browsing forums they seem to no longer reply to that. My question therefore is, has a fix been found for this issue because it is quite clearly a disconnect between the game and Uplay over who has access to the season pass?

I bought the gold edition of this game via steam and no special vehicles have been unlocked. I didnt get any notification after I completed the prologue. No vehicles. No extra content added. checked multiple times. Is this a new problem or has this always been the case? I also sent a ticket in so ill be waiting a while for a response.

After looking at each vehicle the only vehicles I have are:

(Gold Pack)
Mini Cooper S
BMW Z4 sDrive35i
RAM SRT10

I think the problem with the steam to UPlay conversion is that if you only use the season pass + Gold it only uses those codes alone and forgets to unlock the rest of the DLC. People who pay for the DLC Packs Individually get a specific code to enter to unlock said pack. I am not sure if im making this clear but long story short:

People who pay for each car pack separately get a code for each pack and said code unlocks it.
People who pay for the gold edition get the cars I have listed because they use the "WW Gold - UPlay Activation" Code and it unlocks those 3 cars. The season pass does not work because it does not remember to apply itself to the other car packs during the Steam to UPlay Conversion. I recommend codes for each pack contained within the season pass be included with the "CD Key" Section of Steam since the season pass does not work.

I am sorry if I am wrong anywhere but after doing a lot of research I've come to think that this is the problem. if it has already been fixed by the time you read this. I apologise for wasting your time :)
