Season pass not showing up
So I bought the Crew Gold Edition today, and I entered the codes into Uplay. However, the game doesn't acknowledge that I have the season pass or any of the car packs. Aren't you supposed to get 10,000 crew credits or something?

Update: Steam Library says installed for all DLC and the Season Pass.

Same thing is happening to my friend, it shows as all DLC installed but he cant see the cars ingame... (the collection list in game only shows 8 pages of cars instead of 11)

Seperate activation of dlc on uplay maybe?

go to HQ and use your car board and buy DLC cars from there, i think. i known you can buy the in-game cars from the car board

Try re-entering the serial key for the content in the Uplay client AFTER launching through steam. You may also want to try verifying the game cache. If this doesn't work, let the Support team[support.ubi.com] know so they can invesetigate it for you. If you see the in-game unlock messages when logging in, try checking your mobile garage through phone menu.

I have the same problem, I bought the season pass from Uplay and it says I have all of the content and it is installed but I cannot access any of it in-game. When I try reactivating the code it says that it is already bound to my account.

Was the game and content purchased through steam? Please be sure to purchase the season pass in steam if you have the steam version of The Crew. Uplay and Steam DLC and game version are not interchangeable.

I had the trial of the game on steam, which launched through Uplay. I then purchased the game and the season pass from Uplay.

Yeah I have thanks, unfortunately the email address for my Uplay account apparently doesn't exist now so cant logon to it for a reply.

im getting the same problem i got the demo first them after i tested to see how it ran on my pc i got the gold edition ativated the keys on uplay and the game works but no dlc

also steam says the dlc is installed
and uplay says the key is ativated
