I already BUY the crew but still trial version?

I already bought this game, and downloaded.
when i play its still TRIAL VERSION
and i try to redeem CDKey code at UPLAY, they just said " We're unable to register this game to your UPLAY account right now as the Ubisoft server is unavailable. Please try again later"
Help for this..or somone have a same problem like me?

That's odd. What I did was, I tried the trial on Steam and ended up buying a UPlay key for the full game. I didn't expect it to work, but it unlocked the full game. xD I'm still playing the Steam trial, but using the full game.

Yeah I bought the key from the Humble Bundle sale after trying the trial game. I have the full game but in my steam profile its marked as The crew trial. Its a little confusing. Not that big of a deal but strange. I am hoping that after the 2 hour mark it will change. I will see.

I have the full version available even though it says its still the trial version in steam. Uplay says its all good. The server is working. You should get on their official forum at uplay and try and work it out. The servers cannot have been down for this long.

When you buy the game they give you a cd code to input into uplay. Enter your code they gave you and it should work.

i already put the code at uplay but uplay said they cant regis the code into my account because ubisoft server is unavailable. Are you still trial version? and fixed?

i know and i fixed now. just open the official uplay site or ubisoft then download uplay on PC, then new UPLAY APP is appear put your CD Key into the activate product code

I got the 'Trial Version' problem too. Close the game and activate your CD key through Uplay, and when you start it up you should be fine. If you get Uplay server errors, you'll have to wait for them to come online, or try Ubisoft support.

the problem is, you must re-download uplay app at ubisoft site, and when you put the key it work. just download UPLAY APP at UBISOFT official site.

Hello, so I probably not getting Crew soon but I need help. I have a PS4 but The Crew costs 70 euros. When I opened the trial version it told me the following message: '' If you just purchased Crew on Steam, redeem the key code to Uplay to enjoy a full game experience'' Does this mean that if I buy Crew on Steam will I be able to get the full game for PC and PS4 with 30 euros???????????????????????????????????

Correct. If you purchased the steam version, you will have to install and launch through steam.

I like how Ubisoft answers a random question about buying The Crew to PS4/Steam, but does not comment about a known issue with the Uplay which this discussion is about.

thanks, but its still not working. Because i cant activate my CD Key to UPLAY because ubisoft still down. i've tried and still same. my game still TRIAL Version. i dont know how to fix it. may be ill wait till ubisoft server is normal

I had the same issue. Verified Cache, rebooted, and it switch from Trial to Full version.

i can activate the key, but it still says trail, i have restarted my pc, deleted and installd it again
