Don't Pay for (Online) Games.
I think Within a few years The Division is the next game in line to be shut-down.
By actual law, this is illegal but never actually been challenged in court appropriately so companies will continue to do this. Shutting down service to the servers isn't illegal, but basically not giving the tooling for the community to be able to launch their own servers OR giving us single player access offline access is the illegal part. This is basically a company breaking into your house and breaking something they sold to you.
Also, this is why we need to never buy any online access games from any company.
tldr; illegal and customer hostile.
When everyone buying always online games like The Crew, The Crew 2 and The Crew (the newest game, forget name) and Helldivers 2, it will be anyway taken away at later time!
Even "Mobile Exclusive" Premium Games like Ex Astris will taken away at later time!
Thats why DRMs are always a joke!
When Steam shutting down at certain time, you cannot use the Games, that having Steam-DRM!
So, Dont buy DRM Games!
