If you preffer arcade driving, open world, different activities, car mods, bikes, etc you must choose The Crew.
In The Crew, it is relatively relaxing. As Sqirrel suggested, this is an open world game. U can do whatever u want including driving around for no reason xd. Of course, U can have races on the streets also! But not just circuits. Plus, the map is extremely, extremely detailedand huge in size! However, for the bad side, although this game may easily get u excited, it is an acrade game. The physics in this game is not the main focus. If u want to play as reaslistic as u get in real life or your dream is to be a racer, go for Project Cars. (It doesn't mean the physics is rubbish in The Crew)
For me, I'm not a superfan of racing. If I were in budget, I will get The Crew. Because what I want to get from the game is FUN!! I don't want 'race training' in Project Cars!
Hope this helps!
