How do you uncover the whole Map?

In Chicago there is a big lake where you can't uncover a patch of the map and there is some at the upper right corner of the map which I can't seem to get to.

i remember there are some spots on the map which can't be uncovered, probably those you described are the same as mine. upgrading the radar perk makes uncovering easier, but still doesn't uncover every patch

Hey Altaïr, I'm not sure if you still play this game 3 years later, and still haven't found a solution. I'm gonna put this out here for anybody in the future in case this problem bothers them as well.
