Calling all units - help me

So i bought the crew in the sales and when i launch it on the menu screen it says that i have calling all units (even though i dont think i have it, but im not sure) but then when im in game and i want to get a motorbike or go to the drag, drift and monstertruck tuner it says that i need calling all units. can someone please help. my friend is also having the same problem. i also think that i have wild run because my game has the wild run UI and i thought thats what i needed for the motorbikes and that. Anyway Thank You for reading! :)


Now my game has stopped working. When i launch it it said that its not responding but now when i click play it has the loading thing on my cursor and then nothing happens. Thanks for reading!

I also have DLC issues regarding the Wild Run and Calling All Units. Bought them as part of a purchase on Uplay store in October. I bought the Season pass and C.A.U. in the same transaction and have only received the season pass content.

I have submitted a ticket with Ubisoft support and I am still waiting to hear anymore than an automated reply. I have also abandoned playing in favour of planet coaster now, until I hear back from Ubisoft.

I had the Wiild Run and a Kawasaki Ninja level 1299 circuit ans perf but when i started up the game a while back i realised i couldn't use my bikes and i had to buy tehm for 319k when i originally bought it for 250k

I have the same problem. I recently bought The Crew Wild Run pre-owned, and have had it for around a month. For some reason, I can deliver and open crates, which I believe are part of Calling All Units, but I can't buy police cars or access any other CAU features. I also cannot enter any extreme tuners, as it says that I need to purchase the Calling All Units expansion. I can do the extreme trials and do the monster, drag, drift practice runs if that helps.

I already had NFS 2015, and I bought The Crew mainly for the extreme cars and features, so it is really disappointing to not be able to access these features.

First off, to clarify I have received all my content pertaining to my original post on this thread. I received it at the launch for CAU.

CAU contains all the content from Wild Run and CAU only.

When I didn't own Wild Run the game had The Wild run splash screen. That's because the update, wild run was available for purchase through the game. I think the base game had some bug fixes around the same time. The updated splash was to reflect the version title.

Which platform did you buy a pre-owned copy of The Crew on? If it was a console then generally you have to buy the DLC separately so the devs still earn money on secondhand games.
