I've evidently missed something because I am in part 4 and haven't found any of the candy. Walkthough says i's something I missed in another part. Do I have to resstart the whole game??

Get the red candy in part 3. I played it almost to the end. I can't find the white candy. I saw the guide movie and it seems to appear in the picture frame. but when I played it, it didn't appear. I can't get to the ending.
