Maybe some day, though.
It did have a boatload of bugs, though, enough to turn a lot of people off to it. I can get over bugs if the gameplay is enjoyable, and it was to me since no one else at the time had a zombie survival game like it, where you scavange resources and build up a base and barricade it.
You could ask Kerberos directly for some help on that, either on their forums or through their email contact:
As Paradox Interactive was the publisher, they might be more equipped to help you out in some way.
Though these ways would likely mean another purchase, if they're able to at all.
EDIT: A quick look at the forums indicates Kerberos might not have any ability to help you out, and Paradox is being a ♥♥♥♥ about the property.
From a Kerberos dev when asked about a possible sequel:
A quick Google gives me a couple illegitimate sources to download, but I'm not about to link those, and I personally don't trust direct download sites of that nature. Too risky in too many ways.
I might be able to help a little easier too if you accept my friend request.
