Also, anyone with an engineering back ground works as a "Tools expert".
Nope, the police cruiser is alot weaker in durablity then the modern pickup. Driving headfirst into a generic horde, a police cruiser will tend to begin to smoke from the hood at 2-3 hordes. Modern pickups need 5-6 hordes before they begin to smoke from the hood.
The wiki might state it's as strong as the pickup, but it's not.
