Could I get a ban/VAC if I use that Zombie Standard Time mod?

Hey guys, yes I use it for my own risk and I could destroy my savegame, but ... could I get a Steam ban oder VAC if I use this mod?
Cause a "mod" doesn't use .exe files and Zombie Standard Time will edit my original game files and the developer of this mod says "You've Played counter in Steam may not be correct" if I use ZST.

What do you think, could I get problems?

Nah, nothing to worry about. Many people here used/use that mod. Go ahead and mod the game (many other great mods can be found either on UL forums or SoD Nexus).

edit: I used it myself btw (as well as a few other ones).

With this mod you can set the time which elapses when you not be present. If you do not play two days, you could continue playing without elapses time or only one day.

More than that: With that mod you have absolutely control about time elapsing. You can disable the elapsing time at all, can limit it or can just select, how much time should have elapsed. Also you can create a savegame-backup. Your favourit character died, all enclaves were overrun and everyone got ill, while you were away? Just reload your backup and try again or reload without letting time pass, change a few things and let time elapse after that.

You can't VAC isn't enabled for the game, when ever you are on a store page look to the left and where saids stuff like Singeplayer and others if there is no VAC enabled or something like that it doesn't have VAC protecting it from hacks, anyways why would a singeplayer game have anticheats anyways?

VAC is only applicable to games with VAC. Majority of games don't have VAC. This game doesn't.

VAC is an anti cheat system invented by valve software.

VAC bans are forever.

VAC bans are automatic

VAC bans are only for the specific game you were caught cheating in.
Because of this steam accounts can have multiple vac bans (associated with differnt games)

VAC ban does not stop you from playing the game.

VAC ban does not delete the game from your libaray.

VAC bans mean you can not play on a VAC secured server.
