Big fan here. Tried playing Beton Brtutal and Only Up, but they were unable to scratch that itch. Anyone know if there's anything more like GOI out there?

Really depends on what's causing the itch you want scratched. Getting Over It is pretty unique in what aspects it combines, so you're not likely to find a game exactly like it.
That said, if it's the harshness and feeling of muscle memory you liked, you could give Jump King a try.
If you like the puzzle aspect and mechanics/physics, it may be a bit of a long shot, but maybe look into the Umihara Kawase series? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umihara_Kawase

QWOP is a game similiar to this one. It is physics based with ragdoll physics on moving a person. In fact it is made by same guy who made this game.
