I agree, Parliament of Knives let me be a callous monster, devoid of empathy for these worthless mortals.
Also, PoK let me join the Sabbat, who are objectively the best faction in vampire society.

Playing a Red Talon without being Lupus Born feels blasphemous. I know they loosened their restriction on Homids for 5th edition, but they still want to bust humanity back to the neolithic era of development.
You would need some extremely skilled writing to pull off a Homid born wanting to join them, after growing up in human society.

Besides, Whippoorwhill is actually the second instance I found of the game mentioning that a spirit offers its gifts to Lupus Born Garou (I didn't think to take a screenshot at the time), which enforces my belief they'll be getting added.

Not every Malkavian is a gibbering lunatic like Dev/Null, or the protagonist from Bloodlines. Their insanity can take many different forms. In the case of PoK, your madness takes the form of an imaginary friend.
If I understand correctly, the writer for PoK also wrote the Werewolves series, of which I own all 3 current games, with a 4th one supposedly in the works to finish off the story.
Which, after seeing their writing style in Werewolves, made a lot more sense as to why PoK allowed you to be a callous monster, and even go so far as to join the Sabbat. An option which I feared would never be available in 5th edition again, because the developers seem to want to obnoxiously focus on keeping in touch with your Humanity.

Get of Fenris might not be possible, but I'm not entirely convinced that BSD's will be off the table. Peeking through the achievements section, it seems like it's actually possible to join the Answering Tiger somehow, and I'm also seeing a lot of dialogue options in game that focuses on trying to research Eater of Names' immortality, and try to replicate the effects for your own benefit.
Both of which are obvious paths that could lead a young Garou into serving the Wyrm. Though I would imagine they might be a late game option we could defect to, rather than something we choose at the beginning.

That kinda tracks, one of the endings in night road had you joining the SI. I only did it to kill Sim, and it was worth it. Shame that was the only way to do it.
WHY would any non-Thinblood even consider doing something that foolish!?
It should be soon. The next DLC is finished and is on beta.
I am going to be very surprised if the Red Talons don't have the Humans Must Pay conviction. None of the playable tribes have it right now, which makes it's presence on the character sheet seem useless.
Agreed. Even though we have a Lupus Born in the pack, she's still far too attached to humanity and its values.
Even though, lore as written, Lupus are supposed to have a fundamentally different perspective of the world, due to how they were raised.
