They Censored 'GOD?'
So, I just now completed the demo, and I noticed that not once, but twice during the course of the story, they bleeped out God by writing it as 'G-d.'

Considering there was no other word in the demo that was censored out like this, I find it very strange. Hell, they didn't even try to sugar coat Podge's statement about picking up "autistic boymoders" when Nomi kept pestering us... I don't know what the hell a boymoder is, but I myself happen to actually be autistic.

Lucinda and Melodie are Jewish; some Jewish people write 'God' as 'G-d' to avoid taking the divine name in vain. How they say 'G-d', I don't know. Most observant Jews would call Yahweh 'HaShem', meaning 'The Name' in conversation, and wouldn't especially revere the English word 'God'.

Boymoder apparently means dressed/presenting as a boy. Nomi's obscure interests and obsessively determined reporting are traits linked to autism, but I agree Podge was being very rude there.

I just chalked that up to the classic trope of reporters being so focused on getting the next scoop, that they blindly throw themselves into mortal danger for it. You know, like Lois Lane? :-)
