How to write a good bug report:

What information is needed?
◆ Platform the bug was experienced on
◆ What was the bug?
◆ The steps used to create the bug
◆ Screenshots or video of bug (if possible)

What platform did you experience the bug on?
Each platform can have bugs that only happen on it.

What was the bug?
Sometimes the bug is unclear! Just a small summary of what the bug was can be super helpful!

What are the steps that you did cause this bug?
Tell me what happened before you saw the bug! How can we reproduce the bug so we can smash it!!

Screenshots or videos?
Both of these are great resources! If possible upload screenshot or videos to your bug report!

How often does this happen?
Does this happen every time or is a small chance? This can be really helpful to know when trying to repeat the bug.

Example of a Good bug report

The player will lose the ability to navigate menus if they tab away from the game and then return to the game window on the Steam build

Steps
1 - Load into the game and choose to use a controller
2 - Progress through until they are in the caravan menu
3 - Either bring up the windows menu or alt-tab to another window
4 - Click back into the game window with their mouse
5 - Attempt to navigate the menu with their controller

Where are my saves located?

Some bugs might require you to upload your save to investigate.

Your save is located in: C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Party for Introverts\Cabernet
Change [USER] with the username of your PC. It is the file titled SaveData.

encountered a bug where after I ranked up, I wasn't able to update my stats. This may be caused of my repeated load game during that said part (encountered during episode 3). Was able to counter this by just restarting from my previous load game from episode 2

"Emerald Classic" dress shows in shop to buff Literature but in wardrobe it is shown buff Science.

After I finished writing the letter to Petya's parents, I saved the game, but when I re-read the save file, I couldn't send the letter to Petya's family, nor could I write another one.

BUG! Trofim story! This is a clear error in game logic!

Trofim was supposed to retire on 22 June. I paid him, and he was supposed to disappear forever and flee the countess's abuse. But the next day, 23 June, he was near the carriage again! What a hypocrite, he swore he'd vanish forever!

If Oleg dies, the colleague take his place, but if you approch to her, it doesn't appears the button to talk (and so buying items).

I am unable to write the letter to Katya's parents (game simply gives me the option to save). Also earlier in the quest chain I had to give him a second sewing kit to get the dress.

I received both the mails from Evgeny and Petya's parents but the quest "Wait mail from Evgeny" is now blocked.

Inconvenience Bug! The cat is blocking save option!

The cat is permanently lying on the vanity, and now I need to run around it for 5 minutes to be able to save because the cat's dialog icon blocks the save icon!

I already hate the cat and want it to move to another spot.

Hey there, after convincing the guard to let me free and he gives me the prison keys in the unburied quest it seems that I can't move or interact with anything at all, all I can do is press the escape or tab button but I can't use anything in my inventory and all I can do is load a previous save but after doing that and playing to the same point it's the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hey, have the same issue. But if you try to trick the guard (Nihilism path), it works wonders

I don't have enough Nihilism points for that...great it seems I am officially locked in the game

BUG! Evgeny's story! This is a clear error in game logic!

I finished the quest 'Writer's Draught' on 25 June in the game and received a book from him with a dedicated poem for me. Then I went to check on Arban (I finished her quest the day before as well) and saw DRUNK Evgeny in Arban's saloon – but he said he was cured of being a drunkard by me just yesterday, as mentioned in the book's dedication! Are you kidding me?

Inconvenience Bug! Roman's book - Which book should I read to fulfill the quest?

I have no clue what Roman's book is. There are no hints. I have bought all the books from the bookshop, so I don't know what was recommended by Roman. Which book should I reed to fullfillthe quest? This is a bug.

PROGRESS LOST WHEN RELOADING SAVES: I started playing this game only yesterday, and I have on a number of occasions lost progress in the form of ranks, experience and skill points when I reloaded saves. This has cost me at least one rank and least ten skill points so far, and from what I have read in other posts, there are many besides me who have experienced the same or similar problems. Please fix this! You have built a wonderfully atmospheric game, but if the players can't trust in being able to save character progress, it becomes all but unplayable!

Also: At one time, when I reloaded a save at rank 4 but very shortly thereafter leveled up to rank 5, I got the rank but no skill points. Another poster spoke of the same thing and the opinion was floated that this can occur when the game is saved/reloaded when the character is close to leveling up in rank. I don't know if this information helps, but I thought I should tell you.

I cannot leave the bookstore. There is no one inside to talk to and when I try to leave nothing pops up so I can exit the store. I have to do the second tour of the town.

The second set of Doc's Tasks, requires us to visit Nikolina. Whom I've never met, and don't have an invitation to her house! This locked me in a box in front of her door, unable to interact with anything or leave.... Not even able to use "Tab" and "Esc" buttons...
I had to Alt+F4 and reload.

Edit: After I reloaded, I tried to do something else with the time slot. But, I made a blunder and since I reloaded the day to fix, I've also been affected by the missing skill point bug, that others have reported!
