There are at least two different versions of this asset alone, as version sold through Steam differs from the version sold through vr.de (not to mention the old pre-TSX GR version of the same, from which these two versions evolved).
On the other hand, swapping them via RWTools should be rather trouble free, as they are interchangeable.
I should learn how to swap rolling stock; any suggestions on how to learn how to do this? Thanks again.
To my best knowledge, vr.de issues their rolling stock always into the same locations, therefore, the fact, that you bought Silberlinge with other loco should not make any difference,
However... there are several revisions of the vr.de rolling stock itself and it is also possible, that you are victim of a mistake on the part of the scenario creator (someone may be mixed up vr.de version with the Steam version?).
RW Tools is the best for that , and there are detailed "How To " on Mikes website. Just google RW Tools.
Also General Wo has a quick guide :-

Jim, thank you for the tutorial. I'll check it out and see if I can swap my way to success. BR118 scenarios are few and far between, so it's worth the effort
Also, post TS2013 release, vr.de did a lot of changes with their rolling stock, as they could no longer rely on the old default Kuju core assets.
There is no error message, just deserted tracks when the scenario appears. I tried the General Wo swapping and there was nothing to swap: the right rolling stock was already there and recognized in the scenario editor, but it never appears when the game starts. I wonder if there is a problem with the route, IKB3, like needing an update?
