Though it might not be on your F drive, maybe C
Open railworks utilities.
when open you'll see five tabs across the top - click on 'Package Manager' and then the refresh button - give it a few moments and it will open all your assets - if you have a lot it could take a little while.
Then click the install button, find the file you extracted (will probably be a RWP file) and open.
Let it do it stuff and that's it - next time you fire up TS you should have your wagons.
Now, I'm still having some trouble getting them to WORK, but as far as I can tell it did download all the files. If anybody knows how to give TS a kick up the rear so it realizes those assets are present, I'd love to hear how it was done. Re-downloading the files, uninstalling the content, and re-installing from the fresh download doesn't seem to work.
