Once up & running, look under 'Files' and select 'Open TGPCDX texture files.
When you selected file has opened, look under the 'Graphics Tools' and you will find 'Convert TGPCDX to DDS'. When slelected, the files will be saved here > C:\Rail Utilities\TS-Tools\TempDDS
You can download a copy of DXTBMP from here > https://dxtbmp.software.informer.com/4.0/ < and use that to make various conversions.
If you make any changes to the original DDS file (C:\Rail Utilities\TS-Tools\TempDDS), then you can over-write it with your edited version. Return to TS-Tools, and once again under the 'Graphics Tools' you can convert it back to TGPCDX -- TS-Tools also puts it back in it's original location and automatically makes a back-up.
