Looking for RW-Tools download

I cannot find a path to download RW-Tools.
I've been through a few of these Discussion files and anything relating to the site does not load. Are these listings here to old?
But I can't reach any of the Sites. Is it still available?

The author of this utility decided to rename it from RW-Tools (which was fairly unique name) to TS-Tools (probably in order to blend in with the background noise, as there are dozens similarly named programs and while I understand the reasoning behind this, not only your case shows, that this was IMHO wrong decision).
