Report a translation problem
Briefly pressing F3 or F4 will toggle either HUD. With the HUD off you can display a lot of information (some of which doesn't appear in the HUD) by pressing F5. It's odd that the TS2021 manual doesn't seem to mention any of this but here's a link to the TS2016 manual which is much more forthcoming.

Did you try what I or JJTimothy suggested? The link you posted is not a link...
Have a look in TS main menu, Settings, Gameplay, Train Control and make sure it is set to "Expert" and not Simple.
