Utilities is not Launching, Help?!

Every time i click the utilities in the Railworks folder it pops up with the message allow this application to make changes to your device. i click yes and then nothing happens. What do i do?

Have you got Utilities on your desktop?

Put it on your desktop, when you double left click on it you'll get the same allow application message but then Utilities should appear.

Utilities has worked before but it stopped working recently

Have you put Utilities on your desktop? Mine is on my desktop, when I double left click I get the allow application message, click yes and I get Utilities. Not sure what else to suggest other than contacting Support.

Have you tried verifying your files or downloading a known working copy? Please also ensure the application is not being blocked by any other software such as your Antivirus.

See if you have a file called PONtrack.bin somewhere in your railworks folder. . I posted this sometime ago:
It could be due to the pontrack.bin file?
Fix from RWA:
In Windows explorer, go to your Railworks folder.
Right-click on the folder and select "Open a command window here"
In the command window, type this:
del /S PONtrack.bin
If Utilities.exe still gives the unhandled exception error - delete it and re-verify the integrity of the game cache.
