I can though help a bit on locos, ref the Jacobite. I would have thought your best bet is to use Victory Work's K1 Peppercorn DLC as sold in the Steam Store. The pack includes the correct livery, and also includes the ability to change the train nameplates (the Jacobite name is included) and numbers i.e. should you wish to run the 62005 as used for most of the current modern day Jacobite tours you can. As for coaches you've got a potential wide range of options; a good freebie to possibly use, if you have the original kuju BR MkI & II coaches, is to download from Steam Sounds Supreme the free WCRC Coach pack which includes the MKI and MKII BR coaches in Maroon livery. They require the game's original Kuju coaches. If you don't have these then you could always use the payware DT/AP MKI/II coach packs as an alternative. But there are plenty of Maroon MKI carriage sets available for the game. So it should at least it should be pretty straight forward to set yourself up with a realistic version of the Jacobite, even if the route itself is a little constrained.
Hope that's some help. All the best. :)
