Train Simulator 2013 USA vs EU

I had bought (from third party reseller) and activated Train Simulator 2013 - USA BOX Retail on Steam. I had now bought Train Simulator 2013 EU (German) CD and when I tried to activate it on Steam it said that I already own the content asociated with these product key.

Does anybody know if there is any posibiliti to activate Train Simulator 2013 EU on my steam accout?
Does anybody know if there is even any diferenc in included content betwen USA and German version?

Read the warning carefully. Is it telling that you have ALL the content and not giving you any button to allow you to continue. Or is it just warning you that you own some of the content and won't get additional copies of those items - but you can then usually press the button to continue.

@electronx I had checked the list of included DLC and I found out I actualy already have all of the extra DLCs from german version.

@Keith the warning is telling me that I have ALL of the content.
