The scenarios for the Southampton-Weymouth use the Bulleid Corridor coach pack that was sold by Matrix Trains directly on their website (& not through Steam), which are a different version to the Bulleid coaches by MT (GordonMack) sold as a Market Place DLC in the Steam Store.
So you can check the location of the assets required, they should be in this default place in your installation (if you have them!). All the best.

Have you selected the developer (i.e. GordonMack) & the relevant DLC coach pack(s) you want to use in the World Editor using the "Object Set Filter" flyout [the blue cube with orange arrow, that clicking on opens a flyout window the top right hand side of the editor].
By default the GordonMack DLC won't be selected in the Object Set Filter, mening the authors' DLC assets (that you own) won't appear in the available assets for use - that is until you manually select them (placing ticks in the relevant boxes). That's the most likely reason you're not seeing them. Best, Al. :)
No sorry Cat, I'm unsure of the differences if any (apart from the known different asset folder/file locations in the game). I have the original sets from MT, but not their Market Place versions of the Bulleids; so can't do a direct comparison myself.
It's certainly not helped by the fact their MP items don't seem to have manuals, and have woeful descriptions provided in the Steam Store. The lack of documentation certainly makes it very confusing as to what all these numerous coachsets are including. This though applies to many MP DLC, not just the MT coach sets. There's no doubt about it, DTG are extremely poor at marketing the MP add-ons - I woldn't be at all surprised if this results in far poorer sales than might otherwise be expected. Ho hum, have numerous times tried to alert them to these difficulties; but they won't be told! ;) All the best.
There are 3 marketplace Bulleid packs which are all still in Assets\GordonMack\ dir, but their dirs are called 'Bulleid 64-6 Set1' , 'Bulleid 64-6 Set2 Bournemouth Set' and 'Bulleid 64-6 Set3 Tavern Cars' .
