No, but there are DLC for the engines that Oliver, Duck, Diesel, Henry, and a handful of other engines from that series are based on if you're so inclined.

Oh but that is why I didn't save any expence and flew Thomas and his friends to St. Morritz for this video shoot. They have had the finest grease, handrolled wheel barings, fresh mountain water for their boilers, in fact Thomas hooked upi a few days with a pretty lady shunter and i think they even planned to exchange their wheelbands soon

Maybe (don't know GM) but the videos above show TS, so I was thinking there must be a mod somewhere for TS of which they speak. Unless I'm even more confused than normal.
