Their web page for the Class 456, for example, comes with all sorts of dire warnings such as:
"Please check manual for limitations"
"Please note, this pack is NOT compatible with any external controllers such as the XBOX or RailDriver."
"All efforts have been made to ensure the included scenarios work properly but due to the unstable nature of the DTG South London Network route, there is a possibility some may crash whilst loading, or playing them, due to memory issues on this route. Advice is given in the scenarios descriptions, and during the scenarios, on how to avoid these crashes but we can not absolutely guarantee they won't occur so please be aware of this before purchasing."
If those sort of issues are similar of the Class 465, it sounds like you have purchased a travelling nightmare! :(
