Cambrian Line route Version 1 for Train Simulator

Some ideal scenarios for this could be double 97s on a railtour, or perhaps a run with a Class 158 to a Transport for Wales timetable, the variety is huge,

Created in train simulator 2021 Shrewsbury, the line heads west through northern Powys, serving the towns of Welshpool and Newtown. It then continues West calling at Caersws and then Machynlleth. At Dovey Junction, a short distance west of Machynlleth, the line splits into two branches: the southern branch goes to Aberystwyth, and the longer, northern branch continues to Pwllheli via the Cambrian Coast Line, crossing the River Mawddach by Barmouth Bridge. To run the route you will require the following payware and freeware addons.

I said in the comments at ATS, and I say again, that requirements list is way too bloody long. It seems you have kept the route that you must join a Facebook group to get in there. I personally generally don't use Facebook for anything that requires logging in to my account because I don't approve of Facebook's model of not being able to use your online brand name (which can include merely a nickname) as a profile. So I guess anyone like me will never be able to enjoy your route because we have no way of acquiring that route. Unless you obtain permission to include the assets, you are in that way limiting the reach of your route. And that doesn't include the question of what "RBLR Mold to Denbigh" is and failing to provide links to other required assets off of Steam as far as I can see. Frankly, North Wales Coastal probably needs to be out of there as well since I don't believe Humble sells it by itself, and eventually that 2018 key will cease to be available as time goes on (hopefully by then we have a new version that can replace it).

Hear, Hear! To Matthew - I fully appreciate that most aftermarket routes are a labour of love from their creator(s), but if the creators wish to have more widespread adulation, then perhaps some way of making the route more accessible to more users would be the way forward. Almost like DTG bringing out unbranded routes to give more users more trackage, in a way. If this cannot be done, then I understand and at least thank you for drawing it to the community's attention.

i did download this one it couple of times every time it either crashed or i got unknown error report missing markers report and poor quality rolling stock just to damn hard to find and if i did get it open as soon as i presss the key for the instruction list it crashed Deletted

This route is seriously impressive, but that list of requirements is far too long. If there is a way of reducing the amount of stuff required, that would be superb.

Just a question i had almost all the route s require except North yorkshire i thin it was from sss as it seems no longer available also do the Ap files need to be unpack before the route can gain access to them my main problem was dmu and loco

The north yorkshire route is this one from SSS Whitby & Pickering Heritage Railway, Found under free routes, I got the cambrian route running without having to unpack any AP files, Though i only ran a couple of scenarios they ran fine.

North Yorkshire available here: https://www.steamsoundssupreme.com/freeware-routes.html. It's about half way down the page and called Whitby & Pickering Heritage Railway.

I thought it was on UKTS? There is a North Yorkshire Coast there, is it just an older version and not required?
