Trains blowing snow and rain

Normally in real life when a train passes by during precipitation there is a large plume of rain or snow behind the train, and not to mention snowballing off the top of the train and around the train. I noticed in Train simulator 2015 doesn't do that, why? Is there any way to add these effects to train simulator 2015? If so can someone please help me with these issues, thank you.

Let's hope that the new Train Simulator that's in the works and that will be based on the Unreal Engine has a lot more special effects towards that end. :)

Performance? priorities in development? I can think of many reasons.

there is a train snow plow add on for donner pass that blows snow and has partical effects. its a free download but i forget which site. it might be (trainsim.com) or somthing like that

It's certainly already possible in TS2015, as anyone that has had a go at clearing snow along the track using JT's ZZA loco now plough Plus Pak add-on. It's a free gift from Just Train's. Here's the download link for anyone who hasn't discovered it yet. Click here for link[www.justtrains.net]

the scenario is called cold play on the donner pass,where you have to check/clear the line off snow,it lasts for 130 mins and available from steam

There's a scenario on the Bristol-Exeter route where a Class 37 connects to a 'Snow Plough' and you have to clear the line for a stretch, can't remember where and it's only 30 to 40 mins long, when you get going it's quite impressive, you have to slow down when approaching an oncoming HST so the swept snow doesn't blind the cab window of the HST LOL :)
