The 70 lamp always flashes when entering a 1000hz magnet. This does not indicate ristricive monitoring. It is in restictive mode when the 70 and 85 lamps are alternating, Even when you are in zugart M. The strange thing is: in the same scenario, you get those signals and i can reach a speed of 70 kmhwhile the 70 lamp is flashing. It only happens at a certain point in the scenario. Plus, the brakes do not apply emmidiately after the speed is higher then 45 kmh
You are correct in saying that if you are not under restrictive monitoring (alternate flashing 70/85) you have a max speed of 75 allowable until you reach the 500hz magnet (at which point you need to have already reduced down to 50kmh).
You probably already know this (sorry if this sounded patronising, wasn't meant to be).

It happens before the 500 hz magnet.
I believe the scenario is bonn bad day. The only snow scenario included with the br 155pack.
Would be nice i you would give it a go.
Maybe the issue is related with the upgrade of the koln koblenzroute by trainworks.
I approach a Red signal which changes to Green before I reach it at slow speed.
I then get restrictive monitoring (500Hz) and go no faster than 25kmh until a pass it, at which point the attached Vorsignal is showing double yellow, so I acknowledge this.
The PZB display updates to flashing 70 and a continuous 1000Hz light, so I accelerate up to 70kmh.
In the distance I see the second Vorsignal is now double green, so I can continue at 70kmh until the 1000Hz light extinguishes so that I can press the Frei buton and continue at line speed.
BUT.............as I am accelerating through about 55kmh, I get an emergency braking and a message that maximum speed is 45kmh (as if I am under 1000hz restrictive monitoring, which I am clearly not).
Yet another broken scenario!!!!!
