CP AC4400CW Reverser wont work

Hi all, I just purchased the AC4400CW Canadian Pacific and I cannot drive the thing, as for some reason I cannot click on it to put it in the slot, shift w or shift R does not work... does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like to drive this loco.

If you bought from Steam:
Go to Searchlight Simulations Store > AC4400CW CP Golden Beaver
Scroll down to Downloads
download and install "Steam Patch Only"

Follow startup procedure step by step
Worked fine with my same problem

The horn works, everything works except the GD reverser.... I downloaded the "Steam Patch Only" put it in YourDrive:/..../steamapps/common/railworks" but still nothing so I added it to the folder "searchlight simulations/GE/AC4400...

Nothing is working and I am getting pretty annoyed.

Did you 'unzip' the Steam Patch first, before placing in the correct place?

The patch, if installed correctly, places the reverser in place by default. If you are still having issues then 1) the patch is installed incorrectly. The 3 folders, Manuals, Content, and Assets https://postimg.cc/WdkGdNTN dropped into this folder. https://postimg.cc/bGPz1gcG

Hi all, thanks for the help but it is still not working. I have the option to "7-Zip" the file which I do, it says "extract all", I click on that, go to my file, steamapps/common/railworks... but still doesn't work.

You physically need to move these 3 files that show up after you unzip with 7z to your Railworks folder.

I did this, however it still does not work... The three files are now in the correct spot. I just wonder if my computer cannot handle the update? I am not sure... I wish I could share my screen or something.

Do not ever share your screen or allow remote access. It is not your system. The installation is simply incorrect. Someone will need to walk you through this. You may need to uninstall and start over.
