BNSF content available for purchase only in the USA

Guys, for mpre than an year now, we've been seeing that BNSF content for railworks is not available for purchase outside the US. So if you want BNSF content.....go to this link: https://www.change.org/search?q=Bnsf . It's basically a Petition which has about 270 supporters and needs a total of 500. So I would requeat everyone, Americans and Non-Americans to please go ahead and take a step towards justice to railfans and sign that petition! Thanks in advance😄

Ok now, when you reach that page, go to the first petition you find which is about Bnsf and Dtg

No petition in the world is going to change the fact that BNSF have not given DTG the rights to use their branding outside the USA. You have no right to demand or try to force either party to do so just because you want it. If BNSF don't want their brand to be used outside the USA, that's their right because it's THEIR brand.

Not much chance it will work, but we should continue nagging BNSF. Send a mail to their customer service as well...

I'd say send the petition to someone who matters and keep it at that, spamming their inbox with requests isn't helping the cause.

Both DTG and BNSF have refused to accept the petition. not online, not by mail, not by snail mail

I know, I made that petition, I have tried to deliver it in the ways mentiooned, I even involved the game press to no avail.

Think you can still get this one though? SD70 Vol 2 i think, used on Cajon Pass "Return of the MAC". Thats what i find really odd about this BNSF thing, some are being sold still and others are removed from steam store.

These threads and they are pretty frequent always end up with the question of whether someone in the US could gift (or) buy a key and pass it on to someone in a non official country and it still works.

I'm waiting for that kind soul in the USA to get me Stevens Pass key so I could pass on the answer to the community

the answer to that question has been answered different times as well. No it can not be gifted to someone outside the region it is available for. Simply searching that question on Steam support woul have provided you with the answer and the Amazon pages ALSO clearly state "this item can not be gifted"
