Free roam switching trains

Hey guys, I have created a free roam with different trains and consists. If I select one train to drive and I go down the road isn't there a way to switch to another train at the point of origin? I tried world editor and I can get back to the point of origin but I can't click to drive another train. If I use 8 it doesn't work. When I exit out of world editor it brings me back to the train I was driving down the road. Has to be a way, any help appreciated, thanks

Yes, start the game with the parameter -followAITrain. This allows you to cycle through all available trains.

This used to work but not at the point of origin I don't think, unless you switched straight away.
When driving the original consist and you are coming up to another one, there should be a box top right that says something like "xxxx train approaching", you then either click on that box or the actual consist to switch over.
Have not run free roam for a long time so don't know if it still works.

Yes see you really can free roam pinned at the top of this forum. upon occasion I've had to go in cab view (1) then go outside (2) to get the little hand for line of sight changing to loco. Sometimes when already outside I've had to zoom out ( look straight at the ground then fly backwards ) to get the page up or down to work, it's like the mountains block it. But that's been working.

It does still work - I'm still freeroaming in my own scenarios most of the time. Currently running trobriks version of Falmouth branch populated with lots of GWR stuff. Freeroaming on TS is the biggest and best model railway one could ever hope for.
