just a word of warning if you want to purchase from these people, theyll gladly take your money but offer no help when it comes to support. I purchased 6 items from them which worked when I had to install them via a downloaded file. Since they switched to an installer system nothing will download and install. despite numerous messages on their support chat in 1 year I had 1 reply which said read the website.

Their support is non existing.

I've purchased the GST HST Modern Cab Pack. It breaks some AP trains because they failed to deliver three vital engine scripts. (Provable)

Four weeks ago I filed a ticked. A standard response (ticket has been logged...). Nothing happened.

I've filed another ticket a few days ago, same automated response.

You cannot reply to them by email, they don't read them (as they state themselves). Communication is impossible because they have locked themselves inside a private FB group.

I also would not recommend to buy anything from them. It's a rip off, and you're left with broken products and zero support.

"Support" is a very loose term for what they call "help".

I changed my email address and I wanted to change it with Alan Thomson and this was the procedure I had to go through.

For me to change a password or email on an account I will need the following information;

- The old email address used on the account
- A summary of purchases or downloads made on the account
- Whether the account has or has ever had a subscription. If so what were the approximate start and end dates and the payment method used to pay for it
- Any ATS forum or ATS social media presence the account has had
- A PayPal or STRIPE payment receipt for a payment made on the account (If applicable) and the payment method used
- When you were last able to log into the account (roughly)

I didn't bother.

Most if not all other sites you can change it yourself online and they automatically send you a verification email and you click on the link job done. DTG is the exception to this procedure.

so its not just me then, I consider myself reasonably versed when it comes to my PC and home network but yesterday my wife had 2 of her sons home who work in IT and both agreed that the download bottleneck was at their end

Wow, that's actually clinically insane.
