The install doesn't reach the file destination point and it isn't a JT file it is AP
Sounds like some overzealous AntiVirus blocking execution on your end. AVG is known to overshoot.
No it doesn't get that far.
I have Norton and it is a nightmare, but I also have the same on the Laptop and that installed fine. It is a very odd one.
First of all huge thanks for your help and advice.
I have solved it, it crossed my mind that if the application's are installing on my Laptop then iI should try that same application on my main PC. So via a flash drive I copied over the file and it installed fine.
The issue was the extraction tool I was using on my main PC switched to WinRar and now all working fine.
