Report a translation problem
It's an unfortunate fact of life with TSC scenarios, there can be a large number of dependencies required for them to run. Some scenario authors seem to think everybody has all of the DLC available and third-party DLC as well!
You can sometimes edit them with TSTools or LocoSwap, if it is rolling stock, but scenery and other assets are not so easy. I have been disappointed so often to find a scenario that looked really interesting won't run because of missing items.
