RSBin tool - Image format not recognised

Hello everyone.
I am having an odd issue with RSBin tool.
After trying to open an tgpcdx file of a HRQ's OBB 1216
I get an error stating 'Imagine format not recognised.'
This is the description/more information about the error.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue and finish reskinning?

I am almost certain that RSBin is not compatible with windows 10. Try a right click then run compatablity troubleshooter.

There is a very good alternative that you can use - TS-Tools. Free to download and use, and it does so much more than RSBin (which is now pretty old)

I did tried TS tools but it doesnt let me export TgPcDx file nor convert DDS file back to TgPcDx...

Does this only happen on that specific texture (don't have that HRQ so can't test it myself)?

Then you are doing something wrong. Either your PC is at fault or you have a bad download. I can promise you that it does work - been doing it myself for years! So I knocked up a short video to walk you through the process - hope it helps you > https://youtu.be/I8xUOv5piUI

No, this was happening on every type of train.
I tested it on:
GEML 90
DTG class 390
VonShark's Couchette (Bcmz) - part of RegioJet pack
I surely tested it on many more but idk what everything I tested it on.

So it turns out... I need to open the TgPcDx file by choosing RW-tools (as an app with which I open it, otherwise It doesnt let me).
Thats where It went wrong...
Now I did some reskin for myself and while its not the best work, Im quite proud of it.
