Mouse Cursor Not Visable in Game
Hi all,

When trying to launch TS 19 earlier today, I was unable to select any options due not being able to see my mouse cursor. I have had this problem before, and all I did to rectify this was follow the advice in this post: https://steamcommunity.com/app/24010/discussions/12/558749824452035449/

However after following the same steps this time round, I seem to have had no result.

If it is of any help, my mouse is a Razor Abyssus Essential, there was also recently an update for my version of Windows; although, I have not had any trouble with Windows updates in the past.

My apologies if I am copying someone else's support topic, however after a quick skim through recent topics, nothing seemed to be similar.

You may not see the mouse if you do not choose a default Windows scheme setting for the pointer. Try a default pointer scheme and see if that works?

Disable any eye tracking device eg; tracknoir track IR. I use an extra large reversed mouse pointer with out issue

Hi Phase, thank you for the reply, I believe I am using a default Windows scheme (Windows Default (system scheme)). I have tried updating drivers, validating the game files, however no luck :steamsad:

rwaday, thank you for the advice, however I don't use any tracking software, could this something that has possibly been enabled somewhere else?

Are you also using the "Synapse" software? Can you disable that temporarily, or change some settings in it?

I am yes, I'm not sure if I can. Whilst at work, I'm in the process of reinstalling the game, fingers crossed that'll do some good hopefully. I needed a good clean out of the game anyway. I'll let you know the result.

Hi all,

Quick update - it appears after reinstalling, then following the steps outlined by DTG, the issue has been rectified. Thank you to both Phase3 and rwaday for your assistance.
