A great free italian route released: Campoleone-Nettuno

A great new route set in Italy released for free on http://www.rotabili-italiani.org:

Nettuno-Campoleone (near Rome) is a beautiful (albeit only 40km long) coastal route by Tiziano Baldo. It is a single track route, electrified and set in the 1970 era.

This route is revolutionary (as a free project) because it requires no separate add-ons (only the european asset pack is needed). All the other needed assets (including the new released loco FS E636) are self contained in the (huge 1,53 gb) installation file. It has only a free scenario for now, but certainly more will come.
The route is higly detailed and scenic, according to the tradition of italian route makers.

Indeed the Settebello would be a gorgeous addition, but there is also the wonderful ETR200 , the ancestor of all the modern high speed EMUs, that in 1937 obtained the world record speed of 125 mph, exactly on the Campoleone-Nettuno, the route of this thread!

By coincidence I read about the ETR200 record and an account of a trip on the Settebello in an Ian Allen 'Trains 1967 Annual' that I picked up in a charity shop for 50p.

Well, I got it started but there are 1 or 2 things I need to get into my head as I had a couple of hiccups - then I'll get back with pics as this looks soooo good!
