How do you add skins? TheLocoShop is down,so I can't get a Tri Rail skin.

Follow the instructions supplied in the package.

Each one is different, some are fully auto installers, some require you to create new folders, etc. Each one will have a 'readme' file though, only that can answer your question.

Where the heck have you looked? And any one in particular, or for which locomotive - that additional information will be helpful so we can answer your rather blunt question.

Until the loco shop is back online you can't get them. The skins he is after are the loco shop's metro train pack.

The locomotive? Why, the F40PHL-2. I want to get a Tri-Rail skin. Is there anywhere but TheLocoShop(which is down) I can get one?

First as a few people said its diffrent for every loco and you can litrally download skins everywhere who is doing add on for TS.

As for the F40PHL-2 I would try railworks America.

Great,thanks. Although there's no TRCX skins. How do you open the readme files anyways?

Er, seriously? Double click, they open with notepad. If you have to ask that then I wouldnt bother trying to install a reskin, thats going to be way too complicated for you.
