blue screen problem
i am having problems loading train simulator 16. when I press play the screen goes blue and nothing happens, all my other games work fine, can anyone advise please.

I see that you have over 400 hours on record. What have you done just prior to this happening? Have you added or changed any content. Installed any updates? Please post your system specs.

No he asked what have you done since it last started working he added any new dlc etc etc

Hi
I altered the screen settings, however i have reset them back to the original before this problem, I have also resored to a previous setting in the vain hope that the system would go back to a time when this worked, however that has not helped.
I must point out that I am not a PC buff and would have no idea about advanced settings and have avoided going that far. Sorry not much help.

To set the screen settings in TS 2016 back to default. Close steam and TS2016. Use WINDOWS explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Railworks\Content and find the file "playerprofiles.bin" - delete or rename that. re-start Steam & TS2016 and you be back at the default settings for your monitor etc., and the problem should be solved.

Thanks to the person who offered advice about deleating the "playerprofiles.bin" worked at treat and i'm now up and running again.
