Steam Halloween, Autumn, and Winter Sale 2022 release dates
Keep in mind Valve hasn't published the official dates yet. These are just our assumptions based on past experience, and we'll update the information as soon as Steam confirms the exact days.

• Steam Halloween Sale 2022 – 28 October to 1 November

If you’ve been saving some money for horror games on Steam, this will be the time to grab some. Not sure what's worth getting? Check out our list of best survival horror games on PC. You will definitely find something for yourself!

• Steam Autumn Sale 2022 – 24 November to 1 December

Closer to Black Friday (and Cyber Monday), the Steam Autumn Sale will certainly present the best Steam deals of the whole year. Plus, the next Steam Awards will start during the sale! That will be your chance to show some love to your favorite 2022 games.

• Steam Winter Sale – 22 December 2022 to 5 January 2023

It will be the last big sale on Gaben’s platform this year. It'll end this year with a bang and celebrate the arrival of 2023. Winter Sales tend to have some of the best offers, and players can also choose their game of the year and best PC titles from various categories.

The OP may be American, where it is convention to write the month first.

Nobody has actually replied in a manner that should cause this type of response.

Actually hes right. Dates are written differently in the world. America is not alone.

I didnt learn Metric anything in school long ago when they pushed it hard. But I had to learn what 3.99 meters high means in feet and inches fast when coming up on a Canadian Bridge with a 13 foot 6 inch 18 wheeler.

Hmmm... Metric.

As far as the sales are concerned the money has been rounded up for almost a year and are just waiting on them to go live. Theres a bunch of stuff I plan on rounding up cheaply.

There is a trend to the Internet People correcting each other these days if not outright toxic and so on. We are not children here to be constantly corrected. My brother was a grammar freak and being a deaf man who did not learn english first drove him crazy. I have not seen him in almost 25 years. We have not had a fun day in over 40 due to his constant corrections that scratches like a broken record in a otherwise good day.

Im old enough now that I no longer give a damn. Thank god.

what a ridicolous response...
You really decided to quit this forums in "♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥" way like if everyone was angry at you? There was NOBODY who was rude to you, AMPERE assumed you were European, which is why he told you that the dates are incorrect, not a proper reason for you to get upset and leave.

Writing is the same: color vs colour. Realised vs realized. Gonna vs going to. Depending on the author's location and their publishing house dictates the spelling. The OP is from the US so his delivery is correct for the country he resides in.

I live in NYC and thought it would help to tell people about the dates of the sales. I gave a lot of input in forums and was always shot down by those nasty one's that were reading what I said. I'm a 66 year old man who LOVES Train Simulators like I started with Microsoft's Train Simulator when It first came out.

Welcome fellow New Yorker, thirteen miles west of Binghamton NY. Started with train dispatcher on a commodore 64, moved up to PC and MSTS, now TSC. Thanks for the info, always looking for deals.
Enjoy the drive.

Didn't you notice the “;)” indicating it’s supposed to be a lighthearted jab? Sometimes it feels like the majority of people on this forum are severely autistic or something.

That aside, YYYY-MM-DD is the One True Date Format. Consistent most significant to least significant digit order, sorts correctly with a simple lexical comparison, no ambiguity. It’s also ISO standard.

I believe what the poster was alluding to was differing date conventions. Your post uses the US date convention, which is to write the month first. Some countries instead write the day first (the UK is one of them).
