Train doors not opening on any of my trains

I noticed this problem yesterday, whenever I'm waiting at a train station the doors of any given train simply won't open. I press T, I click on the door button with my key mouse, NOTHING happens. Has anybody had this problem before?? Help would be appreciated.

I too get this problem but the passengers still board,and it does not affect the game lol

Is this a route you're building or one that came with the game (which one)? Did they work before and stop working or did they never work? Did they stop with all stations/platforms or just some?

I ask because I have had a maddening problem like that with routes I've tried to build. The platforms stop working for no obvious reason and won't work with any train type. I've also tried swapping platforms, completely relaying a station, etc. and most of the time it still does not fix it.

I've had other people troubleshoot it with no luck and I have seen at least two others with similar issues on the forums. This has to be some kind of game-level bug that will probably just get added to the long list of bugs this shoddy software has that the money-grubbers at DTG will never fix because they already have our money.

It's a fictitious dutch route, I didn't build it. It's the Vaadam-Dem Hampen-Kolfmeer route, available on treinpunt.nl.

Try a different route then! If the train doors still don't open, verifying and/or clearing the cache from the game menu may help. If they do open on another route the problem is with the route.

I'm struggling to believe that NONE of your trains open their doors on ANY route. The problem is either with a specific train, route or station (or potentially more than one).

Turns out it's a problem with the route, I will wait for a route update and install it again.
