TRAIN SIMULATOR 2022 DOWNLOAD
I'm looking for some help
I have just purchased TS2022. When I entered my activation code a message came up advising me that I already owned the content (due to automatic TS2022 update} but the upload has not downloaded the 3 new routes content. The page told me click next to install content but there was no 'next' option available?
Any help would be appreciated

Now I am really confused, after you activted key you got the routes but they didn't installed?
No...They were in my unscheduled download queue but wouldnt download. I read on the forum someone had the same type of problem and the advice was to clear cache i have done this and now they have disappeared

Now I am really confused, after you activted key you got the routes but they didn't installed?
NO I never got the routes. I entered the activation key and the message told me I already owned the product but the routes have not download as expected

I suggest contacting Steam support, for receiving a steam key which should give you the routes.

Go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/
> then select a product you are having an issue with. > Click the issue you have (if you can't find the issue article then scroll down to 'contact steam support' and click on it. Then just explain what problem you have and it's done.

Yes
There can be a delay between buying from Steam and downloading. You could try unticking the new DLC in your Library (under Manage my DLC) as if to uninstall it then go back into the list and retick it. This has been enough to prompt the download to start immediately in my experience.
Usually in the library/downloads tab it will showed as queued with an option to download now.

I cant see any reference to TS2022 in my library or any of its contents?
Is there anyway to remove TS2022 and try to reinstall using my global steam key?
