Is Simvue (Blue rail Studios) down or are they allowed only in UK??

For those who doesn't know. Simvue was an internet page where I think you could get an reskins, such as Avanti 801 or Lner's Azumas or Virgin (West Coast) Class 180 Adelante, now I never heard about this page ever before so I wanted to give it a try but when I click on the link that leads to the Simvue, it gives me an error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Now when I look at their Twitter page, their last post was July 26th last year (which is exactly one year ago). Soo... What is going on? Did they just decided to quit and close their website? I would like to know what happened if possible, thanks.
