ATS WCML Missing Link Causing TS2021 to not open

Hi - as the subject says. Installed missing link, TS2021 now won't open at all.

Any help?
£30 down the drain otherwise.

I see it is from Alan Thompson Sim. Did this come with an installer or was it drag and drop. Were there any other dependencies needed? I see that there several varieties of Missing Link, which one are you referring to?

Yes - this is from ATS. It's all one product, the phases come in the form of updates.
It's installed by an installer which seems to be whats causing the issues.
I have all the requirements etc. After installation, the sim fails to open.

Have you tried support on ATS? they are very good over there
