Are there any Southern Railway routes set in the steam era?
I'm asking because I have various Southern locomotives (including Caledonia Works' new SECR 313) and I wanted an appropriate route to run them on. I'm aware of Steam Sounds Supreme's Southampton To Weymouth route. I've downloaded it, but, I don't know if I feel like tracking down and downloading all of the stuff required to run it. Is it worth all of the requirements and is there any other routes out there?

Thanks for Reading

Unfortunately freeware usually requires extra payware and freeware content, it comes with the territory. You'll find that a lot of freeware has payware routes in common and can be picked up cheap in the sales. I have the Southampton-Weymouth route and can recommend it.
Here's one I can recommend although not exclusively steam.

I'll dig out some more if I can.

The obvious one I can think of is Somerset and Dorset, which saw a lot of Southern Region locos during its life. There's currently a Kent route in development that fits the bill nicely, and my personal favourite for this sort of route is Casterbridge to Stourhead from wotawally's bits;

That has very limited DLC requirements, and is good if you don't like sitting in long download queues.
