Station platform not displaying in JT Western mainlines

Does anyone know why the stations platforms arent displaying correctly for me in the Just Trains western mainlines route?

Is this for all stations or just a few?

For some reason Western Mainlines includes track for all of the extensions that go with that route. It took me a while to figure out this was the reason for missing scenery.

The station platforms have always been displayed on my system on the JT WM package, but they don't display the stopping signs/markers, indicating where the train should come to a stop.

I'm not a UK native so I have no direct familiarty with the real Western Mainlines. I'm guessing that the real-world platforms have the stopping signs. I don't know why JT did not include them in the simulation.

Which stations?
They are probably included in one of the extensions, so you won't see them until you purchase the extension.

Yes, I have the same problems with JT Western mainlines, some station platforms are missing and also my tunnel entrances is a open space to the underworld that is right in my face. I see that you need the extensions but JT did not say the extensions are required for the WM to show correctly. It is a awesome route further than this few bugs but as I said, it is errors right in your face and not good. Now I have to save again to buy the extensions, there is 2 extensions but do I need to buy both? Another 37 dollar further?

You don't need to buy the extentions for Western Mainlines for it to work. All the track from London to Penzance comes with the route so as not to break all third party stuff for it, but as it says on the product page, there's scenery from London to Bristol Temple Meads in the base route. Each extention simply adds scenery as you go.

O cool, thanks Railfan, I just received a email from JT support that suggested that I need all the extensions. Please help me, what do I need then? Do I need to buy London to Bristol Temple Meads ? Thanks for the help Railfan, I appreciate it.

I just don't get it. They clearly state on the JT website what you get with your purchase of Western Mainlines. They even provide a simplified map with all the stations that are coming with this route. And this clearly says (and I can confirm that, as I own the basic Western Mainlines route) that there's scenery out of London Paddington all the way to Exeter St Davids in the south (so you don't need the above mentioned Bristol-Exeter route), to Cardif Central in the west and to Oxford in the north. They have three expansions for this route, which are shown at the Western Mainlines shop site: 1. The Oxford to Bicester extension, 2. the South Devon Main Line extension (Exeter to Plymouth) and 3. an extension for the South Devon Main Line extension (all the way to Paignton). A fourth extension into Cornwall is still in the works (Cornish Main Line).

True, I also thought that the WM from JT is a complete route and the problem is that some station platforms is missing and all the tunnels on my WM route is missing something, when I get close to a tunnel then I can see the underworld in white. Something is not right and I dont know what and how to solve it.

Hi Been Train, I get it, it is just stange that they dont mention that you need these extentions for the WML to work correctly, anoth 37 dollar further. This Trainsim is bankrupting me.

No - you have a totally complete route for the extent they clearly state on the product page at https://www.justtrains.net/product/western-mainlines ("Paddington-Bristol, Bristol-Cardiff and Bristol-Exeter").

The fact there is track included beyond that is completely irrelevant and doesn't make the product any less complete.
