Emergency brake why? Ebbsfleet to st pancras high speed
Ebbsfleet to st pancras high speed carrer mode.

As soon as I enter the 2nd tunnel (5mph under speed limit) it puts emergeny brakes on every time. Is thia a bug? I can't work out whats going wrong.

Its probably the driver vigilance activating the emergency brake. If no keys are moved for a about a minute(assuming your using keyboard) there is a key to press when alarm goes off.Cant remember which one but it will tell you in the manual.I've found the easiest way is to move the throttle/brake every few seconds to stop it activating and you dont get the problem

Hi ParaPlays,
Farvie was correct, it is was the vigilance alarm, a device on most high speed/modern trains that sounds every once in a while. Press ''q'' to acknowledge, as with the AWS. There is a turorial on driving the class 395 in ''standard'' scenarios, and I advise driving with sound/ in cab to allways be there when it activates.
Hope that helps.

Ic125 Agree with your final comment but as i like driving out of the cab the moving of throttle/brake is a work round

That is a drawback. I think there is a way to disable it for good but I'm not sure how. If not spamming Q whilst in-game may be the best option.

But i pressed the AWS in time.

It is a different alarm, not a wwarning bell but a sort of beepbeepbeep.

on the high speed sections of the route (st pancras to Ebbsfleet) it is in cab signalling which dosn't show on the hud (if your using the hud) so it could be that you where going faster then you should
