As for free downloads, I suppose someone will help out, the website RailWorks America is frequently mentioned.

Do you have the Classic US Assets pack? It includes the UP cars (also SP and DRGW liveries). Externally okay, passenger view is poor (very old models). If you don't have it yet, buying any of these should do: https://steamdb.info/app/208306/subs/

The UP Challenger appears to have similar ones, came across this scenario while looking for pictures:

In general, open this query and type Union Pacific:

The Big Boy + Challenger pack might be worth it.

Even though I own them, and love the BB and Challenger, the TS versions are not only old, but weren't great to begin with. Maybe to get the UP cars it's worth it, but the engines are far overdue for new versions, particularly with the UP getting a BB restoration ready to hit the rails soon.
The U.S. steam market could really some good Hudson, Berkshire, and Pacific updated models as well. They don't have to be "smokebox" level operational detail, just good looking and basically functioning well. My wallet awaits...

G-TraX have a nice set of lightweights in Southern Pacific, Union Pacific, Great Northern, and Santa Fe, plus a ton of additional road names here - http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/download-library/rolling-stock-repaints?view=document&id=128:g-trax-4-pack-lightweight-passenger-cars&catid=19:rolling-stock-repaints
