Hi,

The following route only includes the scenarios listed on Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/500211/Train_Simulator_North_London__Goblin_Lines_AddOn/

Included Scenarios
The North London & Goblin Lines Route Add-on includes seven engaging scenarios:
01. Cruising the Goblin: Part 1
02. Cruising the Goblin: Part 2
03. One Time Only: Part 1
04. One Time Only: Part 2
05. A Turbulent Shift
06. The Goblin’s Going Blind
07. Business as Usual

Sadly once you have purchased the above Add-On Steam won't allow you to purchase the stand-alone route to access the scenarios included with this as it will list that you already own the stand-alone route due to how the shared assets work on Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/325974/Train_Simulator_North_London_Line_Route_AddOn/

Coming From Clapham
Quattro Service
Late for Work!
Stratford Slurry: Part 1
Stratford Slurry: Part 2
Early Morning Run
Camden Showers

To resolve this issue you can either contact Steam support to remove the route you do not own from your Steam account so you can then purchase it or contact us via Kayako with proof of your purchase:
https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit

I really do think you need to clarify this on the steam page. The Chatham and Medway routes are advertised the exact same. "Chatham Main Line" for £14.99 which lists the CML scenarios in the description, or "Chatham Main Line & Medway Valley Lines" for £24.99 which only lists the MVL scenarios in the description, yet includes both routes with the scenarios for both. Having bought this, as it looks like an identical setup ("North London Lines" for £14.99 or "North London Lines & Goblin Lines" for £24.99) i was shocked to find out how this had just been a misleading title. Also feel even more let down that you cant even drive the DB Schenker scenarios here even though the NLL is marked in my library once again conning me into buying a train with scenarios I cant even drive.

Hello Pepík.I faced the same problem. If you have solved it, please tell me the scheme-sequence of its solution. Thanks!
pjohnandlyns May 30, 2020 @ 7:35am
"The North London Line" and "The North London and Goblin Line" are 2 separate routes.
They each have a different set of scenarios.

So if you have only one of these routes, you will only see the scenarios for the route you have.

Hope this helps.

pjohnandlyns, you are only half right. When you buy Goblin Lines, you get ownership of North London Line. You can also buy North London Line without the Goblin Lines. See more information on this in my quoted reply below. Note that anyone contacting DTG about this needs to provide appmanifest_24010 located at "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps" (or wherever your Steam install is, basically inside the Steam folder) to prove ownership from Steam.

Just a heads up for people coming across this thread via google (as I did).

There is an issue with purchasing the newer ‘North London & Goblin Lines’ DLC if you don’t already own the older ‘North London Line Route’ DLC. Purchasing the newer DLC will grant your account ‘North London & Goblin Lines’ and the Goblin scenarios. Your account will also be granted the older ‘North London Line Route’ DLC. However you will not have access to the North London Line scenarios which are normally provided with the ‘North London Line Route’ DLC. And as your account is now flagged as owning ‘North London Line Route’ you have no way to purchase them even if you wanted to.

If you are affected by the issue you will have to contact Dovetail support at https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/ for a key to add the North London Line scenarios.

If you have money to burn, you can purchase the ‘North London Line Route’ DLC *first*, which should add the route and its scenarios, and *then* purchase the ‘North London & Goblin Lines’ DLC if desired for the Goblin extension and Goblin scenarios. You are effectively paying twice which seems daft and I don’t believe it’s intended, but it’s the only way to avoid the issue. This however doesn’t help people (like me) who weren’t aware of this and purchased the new DLC first.

I have asked Dovetail to let me know when they have resolved the purchase issue and fixed it for existing accounts – if they do, I will update this post accordingly

Technical information for those interested. Appid’s can be found at https://steamdb.info/

The purchase of the older DLC - 51894 ‘Train Simulator: North London Line Route Add-On’ adds the following content:
258663 Train Simulator: London Overground Class 378 'Capitalstar' EMU Add-On
325974 Train Simulator: North London Line Route Add-On
500217 North London Line Content & Manual

The purchase of the newer DLC - 114630 ‘Train Simulator: North London & Goblin Lines Route Add-On’ adds the following content:
500211 Train Simulator: North London & Goblin Lines Add-On
258663 Train Simulator: London Overground Class 378 'Capitalstar' EMU Add-On
325974 Train Simulator: North London Line Route Add-On

While obviously giving you the newer Goblin package, notably the North London Line Content & Manual is missing, hence the scenarios for the North London Line are not available.

Steamdb confirms currently the only source of North London Line Content & Manual is through the ‘Train Simulator: North London Line Route Add-On’. Unfortunately, once you have purchased ‘Train Simulator: North London & Goblin Lines Route Add-On’ the older DLC is no longer available to purchase (you are considered to already own it).
Don't hold your breath. SteamDB still lists North London Line coming with Goblin Lines, but the "North London Line Content & Manual" does not. South Wales Coastal had the exact same issue. They are not going to fix this because the average user won't think to contact them to complain about it, only those who are completionists.

It's an easy fix. Add "North London Line Content & Manual" to the Goblin Lines package. They just don't want to do it for, well, possibly business reasons. The 378 comes properly with both packages and its South London Network scenarios (which require that route).

See https://steamdb.info/sub/114630/apps/ and https://steamdb.info/sub/51894/apps/ for the information I speak of. Also, I contacted them shortly after buying Goblin Lines, understanding North London Lines came with it, and I have yet to hear back from them. I just posted a reminder e-mail noting the ticket exists; I hope they don't expect me to forget about it after spending $150+ in the last sale (bought all the cheaper routes and trains and some scenario packs/locos, will go into the more expensive stuff later as I determine a need for it). They really need to add the scenarios to the package and just bundle them together, and remove North London Line from general sale, linking instead to the Goblin package; that would be the best way to do it, like the Battle for Sherman Hill pack linking to its permanent bundle.

I also made a request (ticket) to solve this problem 05/31/2020. Today the fourth working day has passed, as long as there is no answer. Cyclone completely agree with you.

I have learned after asking at the DTG forums that there is an internal customer service issue ATM. That's all I will say here, look up my thread on the DTG forums if you want to know more. But for those who want to get this rectified, we are going to have to wait. I am going to take a small video and note the easy way to fix the issue, and leave it up to them whether to do it or not, but in the process seek the fix for my own so the ticket can be removed.

Any progress on this issue? Have your tickets been replied to?
Daytona Jul 2, 2020 @ 10:18pm
Yup; I received the NLL scenarios when I asked in February :)

Great! I'll try the same then.

To update for my part, I believe I managed to clarify the issue with why this ticket keeps coming up and gave a method of fixing it. I don't know if it will be done, but I think the point was understood from my demonstration. Either way, anyone having issues with North London Line scenarios not appearing, please contact DTG support in the meantime and provide your app manifest when you do so in order to make it easy to resolve the issue. Taking a video, like I did, can also be a good option to show that you own the route.
